Is it possible to receive a product without my pet's name included?
Absolutely, you can simply enter "NO NAME" in the Name box.
Will my photo be suitable for your creations?
Send a photo where your pet's face is clearly visible, well-lit, and ideally taken outdoors. It's best if the animal is sitting or standing in the picture, facing the camera.
Do you design pet memorials as well?
Yes, we also create pet memorials. Please enter the text you'd like on your product in the Name field.
Is it feasible to make changes to my order after it's been placed?
Yes, you have 12 hours for that.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

What is the cost of shipping?
The shipping cost is only 5 EUR per product, and for orders over 50 EUR, shipping is free!
